Three generations ofkeeping Springfield running.

What we do

A full counter, a full service bay, and someone who knows your machine.

Most people find us one of two ways: something quit working, or something needs replacing. We handle both under one roof on Troy Road — no call center, no ticket number, no waiting on a corporate parts desk.

New equipment sales

Mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws and zero-turns from the brands we actually stand behind — sized to your yard, not to a spec sheet.

  • Walk-behinds & zero-turns
  • STIHL handhelds
  • Financing available

Service & repair

Certified technicians who diagnose the real problem. Most repairs are quoted before we touch a wrench, and we call you the moment it's done.

  • All makes & models
  • Tune-ups & diagnostics
  • Warranty work

Parts counter

One of the largest parts selections in the Miami Valley — OEM and aftermarket. Bring the part or the model number and we'll look it up with you.

  • OEM & aftermarket
  • Belts, blades, filters
  • Will-call holds

Blade sharpening

A dull blade tears grass instead of cutting it. Drop your blades at the counter and pick them up factory-sharp and balanced.

  • Sharpened & balanced
  • Reel & rotary
  • Quick turnaround

Pickup & delivery

No truck, no trailer, no problem. We'll pick your machine up from the driveway and bring it back running the way it should.

  • Local pickup
  • Delivery & setup
  • On-site service

Used equipment

Shop-inspected used mowers that came through our own service bay — the same machines we'd put in our own garage.

  • Shop-inspected
  • Serviced before sale
  • Trade-ins considered

The shop on Troy Road

Sixty years of small engines, in one family.

The Coleman family has been working on small engines in Clark County for well over sixty years — three generations of it. The business opened its doors in 1991 and has been at 2133 Troy Rd for more than twenty years since.

That longevity isn’t nostalgia, it’s inventory and instinct. It’s knowing which belt fits a fifteen-year-old deck, why your chainsaw won’t hold idle, and whether the machine in front of you is worth fixing or worth replacing. Customers who came in as homeowners and left as commercial crews have been telling us the same thing for two decades: you get a straight answer here.

01

Bring it in

Walk your machine up to the counter any weekday between 8 and 5. No appointment, no online form — we write the ticket while you're standing there.

02

We diagnose and call you

A tech finds the actual fault, not the easiest part to replace. You get a phone call with what's wrong and what it costs before any work starts.

03

Pick it up running

We call the moment it's finished and hold it at will-call. Can't get here? Ask about pickup and delivery when you drop off.

Two seasons, one shop

We’re busy when you are. Come see us before that.

March – September

Mowing season

Spring is our busiest counter of the year. Get the tune-up done before the first cut, not after the first no-start — fresh plug, filters, oil, and a blade that actually cuts.

  • Pre-season tune-ups & blade sharpening
  • Zero-turns, riders and walk-behinds
  • STIHL trimmers, blowers & hedge clippers
  • Belts, spindles, decks and drive parts

October – February

Snow season

Ohio winters don't warn you. The week of the first real snow is the worst week to discover your blower won't start — bring it in during the fall and skip the line entirely.

  • Snow blower service & carb work
  • Ariens & Simplicity two-stage machines
  • Augers, shear pins, skids and scrapers
  • Chainsaws ready for storm cleanup

Had the opportunity to stop in to Coleman's to get my Stihl chainsaw worked on. I haven't run it in about 5 years and of course it wouldn't start. The people at the counter were friendly and took in the unit and gave me a ticket and said they would call when it was ready. They called the very next afternoon… Got it home and it fired right up. I will keep coming back.
